Sophie Henderson, LPC has a heart to help my clients to improve their overall quality of life. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused and person centered techniques to help assist my clients to achieve their therapeutic goals. I have experience working with clients who suffer from addiction, depression, anxiety, and grief and loss. I also have experience working with children and parents to address behavioral concerns to help alleviate dysfunction with the home, school, and community settings. My goal is to help my clients to strengthen their coping skills and be able to utilize their strengths to reach their highest potential, to be able to enjoy their day not just get through it.

Meg Lubas, LCSW, has over eight years of clinical experience working primarily in medical settings. Meg uses a person-centered framework to partner with clients and focus on client identified goals and approaches. Her areas of expertise includes grief/loss and behavioral sleep interventions. Meg’s clinical training began at a grief and loss center for children and has continued to grow throughout her work as a hospice social worker. Learning about grief, talking about grief, and expressing grief is central to her therapeutic work with clients.
